You will pair industrial design with mechanical engineering, translating user needs into feasible, high-impact solutions through rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration.

You'll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, building physical prototypes, analyzing feedback, and contributing to concept development from idea to validation.

Qualifications

• Current student in a degree program related to industrial design or engineering.
• Eligible for full-time 40-hour/week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong emphasis on user-centered design and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with CAD and basic prototyping tools.
• Portfolio showcasing design and engineering process.

Responsibilities

• Generate new product concepts with a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions.
