SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking an Industrial Design Intern to join our award-winning design team. You'll be embedded across the product development cycle, from concepting to CAD and prototyping, working with engineering and marketing.

You should be enrolled in an industrial design program and available full-time 40 hours/week onsite. You'll create sketches, renderings, and production-ready CAD files, contribute to branding, and gain real-world experience shaping consumer products.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an industrial design bachelor's or master's program.
• Available for full-time, 40 hours/week on-site in Needham, MA.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product development process.
• Ability to create product designs and communicate concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support industrial design and CMF leads on real product launches from brainstorming to market.
• Translate consumer insights into bold, user-centered design solutions.
• Create presentation-ready visuals and storytelling assets for design decisions.
• Build visual and functional prototypes to test ideas and inform development.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver production-ready CAD files.
