Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, invites early talent to participate in its SharkNinja Early Edge Experience. You will engage in real product development, from concept sketches to CAD hand-off, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consumer products.

Applicants should be enrolled in an industrial design program or recently graduated, with the ability to work full-time onsite in Needham, MA.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an industrial design bachelor's or master's program, or graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, onsite in Needham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer insights into bold, user-centered design solutions that are functional and emotionally impactful.
• Create product sketches, illustrations, and high-fidelity renderings to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver CAD files that carry the design vision through to manufacturing.
• Define the full look and feel of a product, including surface finishes, color, material, and texture.
