Job summary

S&M is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth and expansion across the organization. This role focuses on developing a strategic plan, pursuing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships with a strong emphasis on teamwork and leadership.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, stay ahead of market trends, and deliver high-quality solutions while conforming to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven ability to win and deliver opportunities for multiple clients in Industrial/Data Center markets.
• Licensure (PE/PG) is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and drive continuous improvement.
