S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers. Flexible location within the S&ME footprint and a full-time role within a 100% employee-owned company. The leader will drive growth across environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing services for industrial clients and data centers.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in market leadership, proven revenue growth, and relevant licensure (PE/PG). PMP is a plus.

• Proven experience leading growth and market expansion in Industrial/Data Centers markets.
• Strong network and client relationships within industrial/data center sectors.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in projects/programs or market leadership.
