Aston Carter is seeking a Business Support Associate for an on-site role in Bessemer, AL. You will manage full lifecycle of customer orders, provide technical and service support, and nurture strong customer relationships in an industrial environment.

This contract-to-hire position offers stable growth in a recognized staffing partner with strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include order entry, quotes, CRM updates, coordination with logistics, and delivering timely updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments.
• Strong organizational skills with high detail orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Experience using Microsoft CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for industrial customers across sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively identify opportunities and promote product solutions.
• Enter and manage accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
