Aston Carter seeks a Customer Support Specialist for a 3-month contract opportunity in Sun Prairie, WI. The role focuses on coordinating between customers, field crews, engineering, and sales to resolve issues, process orders, and answer technical inquiries.

You will handle service part orders, BOMs, blueprints, and provide professional support under deadlines, with growth potential based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience within the construction industry.
• Customer service, support, or technical support experience.
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Experience processing orders and using customer support systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to work under deadlines.
• Professional handling of challenging customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service and production part orders with complete information.
• Receive calls, document issues, and initiate corrective actions.
• Enter sales orders and customer data into multiple systems with accuracy.
• Support customers, installers, and field crews professionally under pressure.
• Collaborate with Engineering to investigate issues and resolve field concerns.
• Assist with job-site parts questions, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Coordinate resolutions with Regional Sales Managers and customers.
• Gather accurate information across departments to respond to requests.
• Manage inbound inquiries and route to appropriate teams.
• Perform detailed order entry and customer support documentation.
• Handle technical inquiries related to construction components and BOMs.
• Support additional customer service and operational initiatives.
