Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an entry-level Order Support Specialist to handle high-volume inbound calls and basic order-entry tasks in Newberg, OR. You will be the first point of contact for customers, using Microsoft AX/365 and helping support the Order Support team during system migrations while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.

This contract role requires meticulous data entry and the ability to work on-site in Newberg.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience using Microsoft Office.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong keyboarding and proofreading skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; team-based environment.

Responsibilities
