Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer and sales to provide information, quotes, orders, and status.
• Receives, investigates, and responds to customer inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters.
• Maintain knowledge on lead times, product pricing, and shipping schedules.
• Keep records of customer interactions in SAP and related software.
• New Customer Set-up in SAP including collaboration with credit/collections.
• Assist Credit with invoice disputes and billing error resolutions.
• Provide freight estimates and coordinate with Operations on delivery estimates.
