Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience in outbound calling, telemarketing or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred; SAP desirable.
• Industry knowledge/experience is desirable; capable of independent work.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using Salesforce opportunities.
• Engage in professional conversations to convert opportunities into sales orders.
• Monitor aftermarket sales quotes up to $10K and update opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion goals.
• Support accurate sales forecasting by maintaining up-to-date opportunity records.
• Collaborate with customer service and leadership to improve the internal process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
