Job summary

Siemens in Wendell, NC, is hiring a Technician Trainer for Protection and Automation Panels. You will onboard new technicians, reinforce assembly standards, and ensure consistent ICP build processes on the shop floor. The role supports training methodologies, safety, and workmanship across teams.

You’ll develop and update training materials, guide technicians in reading schematics, and coach on testing, wiring, routing, and quality verification to drive readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience building Industrial Control Panels (ICPs), including mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and guide technicians in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new technicians, including entry-level hires with limited experience.
• Teach technicians how to assemble Industrial Control Panels using established build standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve safety, quality, and standard work across shifts.
