Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in panel/equipment engineering with ownership of production-deliverable designs.
• 2+ years leading a team or coaching engineers.
• Experience turning customer PDFs/schematics into manufacturing packages (drawings, BOMs, wiring docs).
• Proficiency with CAD tools and document control; capable of standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering package development for UL508A subset panels.
• Establish and scale 3D digital twin standards for panel integration.
• Enable wire-length automation outputs to reduce shop-floor ambiguity.
• Own part library governance to improve design reuse and cost control.
• Build and implement engineering processes, training, and standard work.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team with strong mentorship.
