• Knowledge of Ethernet networking and industrial/substation communications.
• Ability to read control logic and system diagrams.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for on-site training.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led and hands‑on lab training on substation automation and microgrid applications.
• Design, develop and maintain modular courseware for classroom, virtual and blended learning.
• Explain automation architectures and troubleshooting workflows for real‑world commissioning.
• Collaborate with product lifecycle, engineering, services and sales to align training with updates.
• Adapt training content for different roles and experience levels.
• Review participant feedback and KPIs to improve courses, labs and delivery.
• Mentor backup instructors or SMEs to support scalable training delivery.
