Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Technician Training Specialist at our Raleigh, NC site to lead onboarding and hands-on training for new technicians. You will teach assembly of Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) and related electrical equipment following established workmanship standards.

You will train on mechanical assembly, wiring, routing, crimping, torque practices, and safe use of hand and power tools. You will interpret schematics, BOMs, and drawings, and work with cross-functional teams to improve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience building Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) including mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Experience training, coaching, and guiding technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new technicians.
• Teach technicians how to assemble Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) and related equipment using established standards.
• Train on mechanical assembly, wiring methods, routing, crimping, torque practices, and tool safety.
• Read and apply schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and assembly drawings during production.
• Train employees on end-of-line testing processes and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and materials to improve training effectiveness and readiness.
