Responsibilities

• Accurately collect, verify, and record daily employee work hours.
• Maintain timekeeping records for craft personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with supervisors.
• Prepare and submit payroll documentation by company deadlines.
• Track attendance, overtime, and shift assignments.
• Maintain confidential personnel and payroll information.
• Generate daily and weekly labor reports for project management.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, payroll, and project management for labor tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
