Ballard Marine Construction is seeking a Construction Payroll Coordinator to manage field time entry, payroll support, prevailing wage administration, and workforce data across active projects. This role requires meticulous data handling and coordination with field teams, Payroll, and Project Controls to ensure accurate labor costs.

In the first year, you will become the subject matter expert for construction payroll, with opportunities to grow into broader project operations support and advance

Competenze

• 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or related administrative experience.
• Experience processing employee timekeeping and payroll.
• Union and non-union payroll experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high-volume data entry.

Mansioni

• Entering and maintaining accurate field employee time records.
• Processing high-volume payroll-related data.
• Supporting weekly payroll activities for union and non-union craft employees.
• Supporting Prevailing Wage/Davis-Bacon administration by reviewing labor classifications and pay requirements.
• Reviewing weekly payroll edit listings and control reports for accuracy.
• Reconciling payroll and workforce data.
• Entering and maintaining equipment job cost information.
• Maintaining project payroll documentation and supporting year-end audits.
• Managing the Daily inbox and responding to payroll-related requests.
• After establishing a strong foundation in payroll and workforce administration, expand into broader Project Operations support including project setup and maintenance, Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage project setup, PO entry, contract and budget changes, subcontract setup, workflow routing, project billing, accounts receivable, field reporting, and vendor onboarding.
