Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and submit payroll data per deadlines.
• Handle PO, invoicing, AR/AP admin tasks.
• Enter shift details in systems and ensure accuracy.
• Perform high-volume data input with accuracy.
• Coordinate with project leadership and client on cost tracking.
• Reconcile shift details with client time/attendance system.
• Communicate issues with management; escalate as needed.
• Support project management with admin duties.
• Participate in safety meetings and related activities.
• Work variable hours including weekends/holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
