BW Design Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver major industrial projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and in-house design teams.

The role requires strong leadership in fast-paced environments and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal candidates bring extensive urban and manufacturing project experience, expertise in contracts and bidding, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and BIM

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction roles including project engineer/PM.
• Experience with industrial facilities and manufacturing sites preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, bids, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex industrial projects from inception to close-out.
• Collaborate with safety, site teams, vendors, and clients to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and review project estimates and monthly control reports.
• Coordinate bid packages, site walks, and contractor mobilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specs, and regulatory standards.
