Job summary

BW Design Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial projects across food, beverage, consumer products, and life sciences sectors. You will manage schedules, budgets, and teams, collaborating with clients and internal design groups to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes constructability reviews, bid management, and adherence to prime contracts, with extensive exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction roles including project engineer and PM
• Experience leading industrial projects in food/beverage, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of prime contracts, schedules, scopes, budgets, and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD or Revit

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute multiple industrial construction projects from inception to close-out
• Coordinate with safety managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and review project estimates and monthly control reports
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure conformance to plans and specifications
• Lead subcontractor bidding, contract administration, and change management
