Job summary

BW Design Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects in the food, beverage, consumer products, and life sciences sectors. You will coordinate with senior leaders, safety teams, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

The role requires a deep understanding of project controls, constructability reviews, and contract management, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

12+ years in construction roles including as a project engineer and construction project manager.
Eight years as a construction project manager focusing on industrial structures.
Preferred experience with an Architecture & Engineering (A&E) design-build firm.
Industry-specific management in food, beverage, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute multiple, complex industrial construction projects for food, beverage, CPG, and life science clients.
Coordinate with Regional Safety Managers, Directors, Site Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Manage project risk related to contracts, vendors, and suppliers; generate monthly project control reports.
