Strong written and verbal communication are essential to succeed. The role requires 2–5 years in commercial construction, proficiency with ProCore, Microsoft Office, and field leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree is strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 2–5 years in commercial construction with GC experience.
• Tenant renovations and work in occupied spaces are pluses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating project schedule with the project manager and ensure proper sequence of installation.
• Maintain quality standards and good subcontractor relationships on the project.
• Document daily work orders and scope, track change orders, and identify solutions.
• Organize the site team, secure temporary facilities, and expedite long-lead items.
• Support safety programs and ensure site safety compliance with policies.
