Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 4-year degree in construction/engineering/business is preferred.
• 2–5 years in commercial construction, including work with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekends helps.
• Project lead experience is a plus.
• ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating project schedules with the project manager.
• Maintain HITT quality standards and subcontractor relationships.
• Document daily work orders and manage subcontractor scope to avoid changes.
• Organize site team, arrange facilities/utilities, and identify long lead items.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; uphold HITT values and safety.
