Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Tenant renovations/occupied spaces/weekend work are a plus.
• Project lead experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam is expected.
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with project manager to formulate project schedule and ensure sequence of installation.
• Maintain HITT quality standards for all project aspects.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and ensure fair treatment.
• Ensure accurate daily documentation of work orders and scope, identify problems early.
• Organize the site team and arrange facilities/utilities and expedite long-lead items.
