Qualifications

• Experience in project management or a related degree is required.
• PMP/CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR training are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with proficiency in MS Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, management, and storage of project documentation.
• Participate in hand-off meetings to gather critical job information.
• Assist PM in preparing construction budget.
• Assist in developing and managing construction schedule.
• Develop and write subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manage subcontractors and their performance.
• Coordinate materials and equipment submittals.
• Prepare RFIs for project clarifications.
• Collaborate with PM and accounting to resolve cost discrepancies.
• Support changes in project scope and pricing negotiations.
• Work with Superintendents to request resources and maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
