Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects. The role focuses on developing and managing project documentation, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and safety standards across industrial and commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for construction projects.
• Certification such as PMP/CCM is advantageous.
• Experience with budgets and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings to gather critical information before construction.
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and estimates costs for each scope and division.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage project schedule with field supervisors.
• Prepare/review daily reports and logs for cost, safety, and quality.
• Prepare monthly project billing and invoices; manage subcontractor contracts.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, HR, and accounting to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure client satisfaction while balancing scope, time, and cost.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; prepare incident reports.
