Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification would be an asset.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, management, and storage of all project documentation.
• Participate in hand-off meetings to gather important job information.
• Assist the PM in preparing the construction budget.
• Assist in developing and managing the construction schedule.
• Develop and write subcontracts and purchase orders as requested.
• Contractually manage subcontractors and their performance.
• Distribute materials and equipment submittals as required.
• Create and distribute RFIs for clarification of project specifics.
