Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety while coordinating with field teams to meet deadlines and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification is an asset
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training preferred
• Extensive experience budgeting construction projects
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation
• Lead project hand-off meetings and gather essential job information
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost codes; ensure profitability
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for invoicing
• Build and manage the project schedule with field supervisors
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; negotiate terms
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to allocate resources
• Ensure client satisfaction balancing scope, time, and cost
• Review time sheets and manage safety, quality, and productivity
