Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across various locations. You will manage documentation, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendor relations to ensure profitability and timely completion.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and extensive knowledge of construction processes. On-site work with opportunities across project sites and assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings to gather information before construction.
• Prepare construction budgets by studying plans and specifications and projecting costs.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage the project schedule with field supervision.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; negotiate terms and costs.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor onboarding; ensure timely payments.
• Monitor project profitability and report monthly job costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site; manage change orders.
