Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong background in industrial water and wastewater to help accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts across CDM Smith’s industrial markets.

You will lead client engagement, manage services, and collaborate with senior project managers to deliver high-quality, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with CDM Smith's technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies contributing to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
