Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to accelerate growth of the Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts across CDM Smith’s target markets.

The role involves leading business development, maintaining high-value client relationships, and partnering with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
