Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong background in industrial water and wastewater to accelerate growth in our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts across CDM Smith’s markets and capabilities.

You will lead client engagement, service management, and strategic marketing for major industrial clients in the U.S., building high-value relationships and guiding teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver projects.
• Partner with our technology group to leverage tools that improve delivery.
