Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive growth across our Industrial unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects and manage key client accounts while building lasting relationships with major industrial clients in the U.S.

You will work with senior PMs and technical experts to ensure delivery of high-quality projects. Travel 20–40% may be required as projects expand nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
