CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to help accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting projects and growing key client accounts.

This role will lead client engagement, manage services for major industrial clients, and collaborate with senior project managers and technical specialists to ensure high-quality project delivery while traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high‑value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high‑quality projects.
• Collaborate with technology group to stay at the forefront of tools improving project delivery.
• Implement short and long‑term strategies contributing to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
