Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth by identifying opportunities, winning projects and expanding key client accounts across the U.S.

This role requires experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects, and the ability to build high-value client relationships while collaborating with senior project managers and our technology group to improve project delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience can substitute for degree.
• Preferred EPC business development experience in industrial markets with client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools improving project delivery.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies contributing to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
