Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Direct Sales Engineer to manage and grow a Virginia-based territory for a global leader in industrial energy and boiler solutions. You will develop new business opportunities, build long-term customer partnerships, and provide consultative sales support throughout the sales cycle.

You will work directly with industrial and commercial customers, identify operational challenges, develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical, engineered, or industrial sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing new business.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with strong territory management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
