Job summary

Lynn Rodens is searching for a Direct Sales Engineer to foster growth in the Virginia Territory within the boiler industry. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of technical sales experience and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include managing customer partnerships and providing tailored solutions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with strong communication skills. Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000-$95,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical, engineered, or industrial sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing new business.
• Self-motivated ‘hunter’ mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Virginia-based territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and customer partnerships.
• Provide consultative sales support throughout the sales cycle.
