Job summary

MaintainX, based in Denver, CO, seeks a results-driven BDR who will be the first contact for prospects. You will make 70–100 outbound calls daily to plant managers and operations leaders across North America, build multi-touch sequences, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

You must thrive in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment, communicate clearly in English, own your pipeline, and hold a Bachelor's degree. Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment.
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated follow-through: owns pipeline and numbers.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Run 70 to 100 outbound calls daily to maintenance and operations decision-makers across North America.
• Build multi-touch sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects quickly and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep Salesforce pipeline accurate and follow up on every thread.
• Partner with AEs to optimize targeting and approach over time.
