You\'ll qualify prospects for Account Executives, keep Salesforce updated, and collaborate to improve targeting. This role offers uncapped commissions, health coverage, and a clear path to AE/AM roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment.
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to own your pipeline and numbers without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Run 70 to 100 outbound calls daily to maintenance and operations decision-makers.
• Build multi-touch sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to earn responses.
• Qualify prospects quickly and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep your pipeline accurate in Salesforce and follow up on every open thread.
• Partner with AEs to understand what is converting and sharpen targeting over time.
