Job summary

Accelera is seeking an Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist to ensure peak performance of our manufacturing fleet, including CNC machining centers and robotic welding cells. You will minimize downtime by troubleshooting and performing technical repairs to maintain high OEE.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and guiding junior technicians while supporting plant productivity and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Proven troubleshooting of CNC mills, welding robotics and hydraulic systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and PLC logic.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC HMC units and robotic welding cells.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures to restore production.
• Lead equipment rebuild projects and document maintenance activities.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement technical upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machine reliability.
• Mentor junior technicians on machine operations and safety.
