Accelera is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our high-performance production team. You will ensure facility reliability and efficiency by performing expert electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and executing preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to install and test new production machinery while driving continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure asset longevity and operational safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and test new production machinery.
• Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to resolve persistent performance issues.
• Coach and mentor operators on autonomous maintenance procedures and equipment optimization.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and report activities using enterprise asset management software.
• Uphold rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across all facility operations.
