Job summary

Accelera seeks experienced Industrial Mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery in a stable manufacturing setting. You will service motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in industrial maintenance, welding experience, and proficiency with blueprints and CMMS. Weekend shifts may be required based on production needs and safety considerations.

Qualifications

4+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Experience repairing motors, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Welding experience.
Experience using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Basic CMMS usage and weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment.
Service motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and testing equipment.
Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed.
Read blueprints, diagrams, equipment manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
Prepare new machinery for production and verify safe operation.
Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
Create and manage work orders through a CMMS.
Support less-experienced maintenance employees when needed.
