Accelera is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our complex production machinery running reliably. You will diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and perform timely repairs.

This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and hands-on problem solving, with daily CMMS documentation and collaboration with leadership to improve equipment uptime and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational training.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting with schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plus combustion-related diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance on extrusion and thermal processing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and combustion systems.
• Maintain PLC logic, relays, and electronic components.
• Conduct daily inspections of utility systems (air, cooling water) to ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership to upgrade equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMS.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain an organized work area.
