Accelera is seeking a Facilities Equipment Technician to ensure peak performance of material handling and robotic infrastructure. You will proactively manage system health, perform precise repairs, and contribute to efficient automated operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical/mechanical failures, and maintaining accurate logs. A strong focus on safety and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for daily excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for precise repairs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical failures across conveyors, motors, sensors, and distribution hardware.
• Diagnose root causes and implement durable repairs to optimize system performance.
• Document service activities and equipment modifications in logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards, including LOTO procedures.
