You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and execute repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment faults.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Fabrication, welding, or drive controls experience is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to restore performance.
• Identify and fix faults in pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and other production equipment.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints for repairs and upgrades.
• Perform general facility upkeep and safety tasks.
• Use RCA (5 Why) to determine root causes and solutions.
• Aim to minimize downtime and maximize machine reliability.
