Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test equipment in the assigned service territory. You will perform installations, training, and routine repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards.

The role involves troubleshooting, advising customers on solutions, and collaborating with sales for demos and follow-up activities. A mechanical or electrical engineering background and several years of field service experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system theory and operation.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities.
• Resolve operational issues in the field and troubleshoot.
• Determine customer needs and offer technical recommendations.
• Contribute to growth through technical involvement and teamwork.
• Install new equipment, train customers, perform emergency and routine repairs, and maintain contracts.
• Determine and recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
• Develop and maintain competency on Markem-Imaje products through training and hands-on use.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction in line with quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, courtesy calls and follow-up activities.
• Be assigned to a divisional service territory as the primary area of responsibility.
