Job summary

You will diagnose electronics, mechanical, software and system failures, perform on-site troubleshooting, install and repair equipment, manage maintenance schedules, and provide proactive customer support to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical background with software troubleshooting ability.
• Associate degree preferred with related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial products including printing and packaging equipment, cash recycling and robotics.
• Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Provide support by managing parts inventory and service calls.
• Maintain positive customer relations and communicate effectively with customers.
• May serve as on-call support for emergency service 24/7.
