Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Field Customer Service Engineer in the Phoenix, AZ area to diagnose and repair a range of industrial, robotic and printing equipment. You will provide hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, service calls and remote diagnostics as needed to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include installing and servicing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, managing parts inventory, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Digital Multimeter (DMM) and testing equipment.
• Strong electronics/mechanical background and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial products including printing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and service calls.
• Maintain positive customer relations through effective communication.
• Respond to emergency service requests as needed.
