Job summary

Qualitrol International, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support the growth of automation repair services across multiple territories. You will prospect, present solutions, and close deals, leveraging Qualitrol's repair capabilities.

This role requires travel 15%-30% in the U.S., strong technical sales background in automation/electronics, and excellent communication. Travel-friendly team environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven success in technical sales within automation or industrial electronics.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable repair solutions.
• Experience managing sales territory and building a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct market research to uncover sales potential and understand customer requirements
• Consult with clients to identify their automation repair needs and propose effective solutions
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing repair capabilities
• Track sales and financial data, generate regular management reports
• Represent Qualitrol at trade shows and industry conferences
• Negotiate and close deals, address customer concerns and objections
• Collaborate with internal teams to satisfy customers and share insights
