Qualitrol International seeks an experienced Sales Representative to support growth of industrial repair services across multiple territories. You will identify client needs, present repair capabilities, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams.

This role requires strong technical acumen in automation, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within assigned U.S. territories.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a technical sales role within automation/industrial electronics.
• Strong territory management and networking skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer language.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct market research to identify sales potential and needs.
• Consult with clients to identify repair needs and propose solutions.
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing services.
• Track sales data and generate reports for management.
• Represent Qualitrol at trade shows and industry conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals while addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to satisfy customers and share feedback.
