Job summary

Qualitrol International, part of Flow Control Group, seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth across US territories. You will identify client needs in automation repair, present tailored solutions, and close deals while collaborating with engineering and support teams.

Required are strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to travel domestically to meet customers. The role is based in Charlotte, NC with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a technical sales role in automation/industrial electronics
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct market research to uncover sales potential and understand customer requirements
• Consult with clients to identify automation repair needs and propose solutions
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing repair capabilities
• Track sales and financial data, generate reports for management
• Represent Qualitrol at trade shows and industry conferences
• Negotiate and close deals, address customer concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and gather feedback
